Hang was a healer, herbalist, and Daoist in his soul — a partner, father, and wonderful man. One of his favorite sayings was “Chop wood, carry water” meaning the inner work never stops until we leave the body.

Over his life he helped thousands of people heal their traumas and become more aware of their own bodies, restoring balance through nutrition, movement, herbs, and stillness.

I have always been deeply curious about life, people, and what truly allows us to thrive. My own health journey invited me to look beyond symptom management and ask deeper questions, which led me to remarkable teachers and healing traditions.

My greatest hope isn't simply to help people feel better, it's to help create the conditions where people can truly live, love deeply, and share their gifts with the world.

Creativity is the driving force in my life. Over the years I've found my passion through arts, music, dance, and design — and arrived at an understanding that passion is life itself, with all its twists and turns.

Connecting to Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Wood in a conscious way has helped me find internal balance, and find the right herbs for the right timing.
